A day long Reflection Retreat on mortality, preparation, and peace centered on the message of “I thought I had more time” and the practical and emotional work of preparing for the end of life before a crisis forces the conversation.  Join MaSanda LaRa Gadd and Sabine Schmidt in this thoughtful and engaging topic.

MaSanda is a longtime Spiritual Life Coach and has facilitated Meditation Healing Circles for over 30 years.  Her own journey with grief and loss reflects her passion to help others engage in this timely topic.  She will be the Guest Speaker the Sunday Service before the workshop.

Sabine Schmidt will be joining MaSanda to co-facilitate this powerful retreat.  She is a clinical psychologist and death doula and supports people in grief and loss to reconnect to themselves with compassion and greater self-awareness.
