White Stone
Intentions matter – without them, we can wander aimlessly and without purpose.
It is especially important to set an intention for the New Year. Each person is given a white stone, and through guided meditation will find a word that sets the direction for the coming year. Write the word on the stone and keep it somewhere special, to be reminded of your intention throughout the year.
