Reading and writing poems together offers healing and compassionate community for greater wholeness. You are welcome, whether or not you have ever written a poem; this will be a safe space.
We will focus on modules titled:
Poetry as a Tool for Wellness;
Listening to Self and Others;
Self-Compassion and Empathy;
Riding Waves of Change – Hope and Transformation;
and conclude with a Celebration.
