A song circle and summer solstice celebration for LGBTQIA+ folks and allies, from any faith tradition or none. Together we’ll joyfully raise our voices to celebrate the beauty, strength, and resilience of queerness in all its forms, and welcome the sun to shine its fullness on all of us. No musical experience needed, all voices welcome.

Parking: some free underground parking available (access on alley behind church) as well as free street parking on Sundays.

Bex Lipps (they/them/she) is a queer & nonbinary artist, song carrier, facilitator, performer, and mental health therapist.Over the last decade, they’ve become a foremost voice in Seattle’s vibrant network of song circles and resistance singers. Bex has been a lead organizer and songleader with local song collectives, including The People’s Echo and the Whole Body Choir, and founded their own community singing group, the Keep Going Choir, in 2025. They have been a featured songleader at gatherings in Oregon and California, and their songs are sung and listened to across the country and the globe.

Bex is a firm believer in the power of art, music, and creativity to foster individual and collective healing. They bring their electric energy and love of authentic, embodied expression to community singing, along with a reverence for ritual and a healthy dose of humor & playfulness.
