It’s almost spring and the perfect time to balance, renew and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit through the ancient healing practice of Qi Gong.
Qi Gong is a moving meditation practice to cultivate ageless grace, vitality, and agility. Qi means “life force energy” and Gong means “working with” or skill at working with that energy.
Connecting to our center with our breath, we learn to let go of stress, calm the mind and energize the body. The flowing movements of Qi Gong mirror the movements of nature and are easy, fun and can be practiced by everyone.
