Heart of Prayer:

I invite you to come create a life that is a walking prayer.

Each year the Heart of Prayer class is one of my favorite classes.  Prayer is a core spiritual practice in all major religions and faith traditions, Unity included.  If you do not currently have a prayer practice or have been intimated by prayer, this is your opportunity to either start or deepen your prayer life.

Unity is a movement begun and founded on prayer – and a particular mode of prayer.  If you have been curious about the legacy of prayer within the Unity movement and Unity’s approach to prayer, this class series is a perfect opportunity.

Class and group settings are also a rich opportunity to connect with others in the Seattle Unity community in ways that are unique to these smaller group settings.

Heart of Prayer is happening both in-person and online.  Register in advance so you can receive class information that will allow us to make the most of our time together.

Logistics:

Wednesdays, 5/20 – 6/10 (online)6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Sundays, 5/17 – 6/7 (in-person)11:30 am – 1:30 pm

Pricing:

$100 for class series.  Scholarships available.
