Pet Blessing Sunday

Join us Sunday, 10/4 for this whimsical tradition!

Our annual Pet Blessing Sunday, held on the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the 12th-century patron saint of animals, is a great way to recognize all the joy our friends bring into our lives!

Bring your buddy to our annual Pet Blessing on 10/4! Our building is dog-friendly and they are welcome to attend both the Service and the Blessing; although just the Blessing may be better for some animals.  :)

11am Blessing (Courtyard)

Guidance:

You know your own animal best, so please use your judgement about whether to actually bring them, or perhaps a photo would be better.

Generally speaking, dogs are ok; cats may need a photo, as well as other animals – unless they are really chill with other animals, and perhaps in carriers.

Please also feel free to bring photos of pets who’ve passed on, so that we can recognize and bless them.
