7:00 pm Christmas Eve – Saturday, December 24th

Where: Both In-Person & Online

Our building is located at 8th and John, right by Denny Park. Address & Parking info here.

At the Candlelighting Service 4 candles are lit that symbolize elements of the Christmas story.  These elements illustrate our soul’s spiritual unfoldment.

  1. Answering the Call – represented by Mary who said “yes” to the Angel Gabriel.
  2. Wisdom & Generosity – represented by the Wise Men & the gifts they bring.
  3. Silence & Meditation – represented by the Shepherds who were visited by angels.
  4. Loving-Kindness & Compassion – represented by the birth of the Christ within each person.

The service ends with singing “Silent Night” as each person lights their own candle. Contemporary and traditional music is sung through the night.
