My video is stopping and starting and glitchy:

Try this: Adjust the level of quality / amount of information. This can help if your device or internet connection is not quite up to handling large amounts of info at once.

Here's how: At the bottom of the video, the little "settings" gear icon, it shows options for what you want the quality to be. The lower the number the easier it will be for your device or internet to play - just set it to the lowest setting and see how it goes.

Something is wrong with my page but other people don't seem to be having the problem:

Try this: Clear your cache.  This just means that your webpage will reset to the most current information available rather than reloading what it remembers from the last time you loaded it.

Here's how... on a Mac with Chrome browser:  go to Chrome pull-down at the top left and choose "Clear Browsing Data" and follow the prompts. This can sign you out of a lot of things so you may want to choose the option for just the past week or so.

Here's how... on a Mac with Safari browser: go to the Safari pull-down at the top left and choose "Clear History" and follow the prompts. This can sign you out of a lot of things so you may want to choose the option for just the past day or so.

Here's how... on a PC: more specifics coming soon.  For now: go to google and search "Clear cache" and reference what browser and PC you are using.
