How-To: All About Breeze!
Breeze is our all-around congregant information manager, and it has lots of benefits for individuals, other members, and staff. This article is a tutorial for how to navigate different needs in Breeze.
This article will cover:
How do I log in? What is the Breeze web address?
What info does Breeze store?
What info do I allow other community members to view?
How can I use Breeze to manage my giving?
How can I get text or email alerts if we cancel an in-person service, or other urgent event?
What other text or emails does Seattle Unity offer?
How Do I Log In? What is the Breeze web address?
Seattle Unity has a subdomain at Breeze here: Breeze Website Link.
If you DO know your Username and Password, go ahead and login.
If you do NOT know your Username and Password, email the Office Manager, Karen RS, and ask for it to be sent to you. Then you will have your login info and will be able to get into Breeze. Easy!
What info does Breeze store?
Breeze stores basic info like name, address, phone, email, photo. You’ll want to make sure these are current, and then you’ll want to set who can see what info on your profile. (More on Giving soon.)
What info do I allow other community members to view?
Navigate to your profile as above. Then go to the section “Directory Opt In” and choose how you would like to be visible to others.
How can I get text or email alerts if we cancel an in-person service, or other urgent event?
Navigate to your profile as above. Then go to Communication Preferences and choose which types of notifications you’d like to receive. If you’re not sure what the list name means, see the below.
What other text or emails does Seattle Unity offer?
