Board Brief: July Financial Review & Key Insights

What’s going on with our Board of Trustees?  Here’s an update from our last meeting:

Revenue & Budget Update:

• Tithes: YTD tithes are lower than budget by 16.9%. However, this is an improvement from last month’s 19% gap, indicating a slight positive trend.
• Rentals: Rental income continues to perform well, exceeding the budget by 7.3%, driven by repeat customers and successful corporate and wedding events.

Expense Insights:

• Overall Expenses: YTD expenses are $2.2K over budget. This will be monitored for any potential adjustments.

Oktoberfest Celebration:

The Board is hosting an Oktoberfest Celebration to show our gratitude for our community. Come enjoy Bavarian-inspired food, drinks, and fellowship as we raise a glass in thanks for the people who make our community strong.

When: SATurday, 10/11 | 5:00 – 9:00 pm

Dress: Bavarian-inspired or fall casual.
