Rev. Karen continued the theme of Imagination in discussing the uses and misuses of imagination, and of using the imagination as a spiritual practice.
Imagination, she said, is what we use to get to the Imaginal Realm (that luminal place of unlimited fluidity and possibility).
She and congregant Patrick Heard led us in an “imagination exercise”: a method you can repeat at any time to strengthen your “imagination muscles”.
Our guest artist, new to us, (but not to Seattle – she’s the acting coach for one of our congregants, as it turns out!) was the very engaging Claudine Mboligikpelani Nako.
