Facility Rentals

Seattle Unity Church has a variety of rooms that are available for speaking events, conferences, concerts, seminars, memorial services, weddings, and professional meetings. Conveniently located near the Seattle Center, just south of Lake Union, our experienced staff will enable you to host an outstanding event.

Sanctuary

Our Sanctuary has been successfully used for many speaking events and concerts including Krishna Das, James O’Dea, the Noetic Science Institute, and Marianne Williamson.

• Seating for 600-650
• Main floor is 65’ x  80’, 6720 sq ft
• Seating Style: Padded pews (2 columns) with center and side aisles
• Stage is 10’ x 35’ and has a large grand piano
• Balcony is 18’ x 65’ and also has pews
• Fee – includes on-site staff person, sound equipment, and sound technician.
  Half day – $ 575
  Full day – $ 950

Chapel

Our Chapel is an ideal space for smaller workshops, weddings, memorials, and events that require a more intimate space. Round in shape, it has movable chairs that can be configured in a variety of ways. With its excellent acoustics, microphones are not needed. A CD/iPod player is provided.

• Seats 75-80
• Main floor is 26’ X 36’, 780 sq ft
• Stage is 8’ X 16
• Fee includes on-site staff person.
  Half day – $ 250
  Full day – $ 450

Library

Our Library can be used for receptions, workshops, seminars, and business meetings. It is carpeted, with a fireplace, 2 sofas, coffee table, and chairs.

• Capacity is 60 with comfortable seating for 30
• Space is 25’ X 32’, 470 sq ft
• Fee includes on-site staff person.
  Half day – $ 200
  Full day – $ 375

Fellowship Hall

Our Fellowship Hall is often used for receptions, professional meetings, seminars, auctions, and parties. Set with round tables and chairs, the furniture can be re-configured for a variety of uses.

• Capacity 125 – 150, 3200 sq ft
• Carpeted with small elevated stage and small sound system
• Fee  includes on-site staff person.
  Half day -  $ 400  without kitchen use
  Full day -  $ 750  without kitchen use

Kitchen Use, Electronic Equipment and Other

• Commercial Kitchen:
  • Additional fees apply for use of the commercial kitchen.
  • A $ 250 deposit is required for any kitchen usage regardless of fees.
    Please inquire about specific fees and charges.

• Electronic Equipment:
  • Additional equipment (projection, recording, sound system, etc) is available for rental for your event.
  • Trained staff will assist you in determining the best equipment for your use
  • Fees to be determined

Seattle Unity Church has several other more intimate spaces that can be used for break-out rooms or small meetings.
