Kundalini Yoga contains specific, practical tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra, and focus.

The range and variety of meditation techniques in the Kundalini Yoga tradition is truly extraordinary. Yogi Bhajan passed on hundreds of meditations tailored to specific applications.

In this class, Sada Simran will focus our time on the practice of these incredible meditative techniques. Each class is tailored to move you into the meditative experience. We will practice some light Kundalini Yoga to prepare ourselves for sitting. Gong and deep relaxation is an integral part of every class.

Join us EVERY Sunday afternoon at 5pm for an incredible meditative experience!

There are meditations that reduce stress, work on addictions, increase vitality, and clear chakras, to name a few. While there exist many, many styles and approaches to meditation, what sets this approach to meditation apart is its precision, effectiveness, and practicality.

$16 regular class price. Class passes accepted. Bring your mat and a shawl for extended meditations

This class is open to all levels. Drop-Ins Welcome! Please bring a blanket and pillow for deep relaxation. Free parking all day Sundays.

For those doing Kundalini yoga for the first time, please remember to bring a yoga mat and blanket for extended layouts. Yoga mats are available for purchased in the store at check-in.
