As Thanksgiving rolls around once again let’s infuse tradition with Breath, Movement, and Sound to celebrate in ways that will make us truly happy!
Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for all that we have. As we experience the turmoil of the world, let’s take pause on this special occasion with a deep conscious breath; come together in practice to align and elevate ourselves so that we may become a hope of our world; let’s upon the gratitude to lead our lives so as not be intimidated by the ignorance we see around us. It’s easy to dismiss the struggles of the world, thinking that they are not our own. But in our own teachings don’t we “See the other person as ourself”?
Gratitude is a necessity of healing! Join Sada Simran on this special morning as we practice Kundalini Yoga, Gong, Deep Relaxation, and Mantra Meditation to deeply resonate with all the world in balance, vitality, and clarity.
